I can’t stress enough the quality of this tv started going down hill shortly after the warranty period. I’ve got several dark sections that only appear to be getting worse. I’ve contacted samsung directly to pay out of pocket for a fix but even thats been a chore to set up. I’ll definitely be going for another brand when I repalce this thing.

Bought this TV and when we got it home and plugged it up, lines all across it. (Store associate slammed it down on cart). Was told I was able to return it for exchange, but they would not replace the TV. I had to cancel order through PayPal and they still didnt want to give refund. Macon, Ga Best Buy has horrible customer service and this TV is extremely heavy. Do not recommend.

I've had this tv for less than a year and it has dark spots now. They started to develop around 5 months in. Tried to schedule a repair and it says warrnty is good and then on the next screen flashes for a second that the warrantybis expired.

TV work ok, but after 1 year and 3 months verticals lines were seen in the screen. Try to make an appointment with Best Buy, but it was going to take 2 weeks. Hired a different company that said that the cost to fix the TV was not worth paying. Just buy a new TV.

I had this tv and it got a spot in less than a year so the warranty gave me my money back. I bought another one and exactly 6 months later the new tv now has a spot!! This is so infuriating!!!

Great picture, great size, great deal! I am super satisfied with this TV. Samsung is a great brand. I have never had any issues. If I had any qualms, it would be the HDMI ports. Seriously, why the heck are there only 2 ports?! Come on, now! Another random thing is every time you connect a new device (like a gaming system), the universal remote feature turns on automatically, which means your console turns on every time the TV turns on. This is a very simple fix, but can be slightly annoying. Overall, this TV is beautiful.

The delivery experience wasn’t the best, but once the TV was set up, I couldn’t be happier. The 85” screen is huge and the 4K picture quality is absolutely stunning. Colors are vivid, and everything looks super sharp. It’s perfect for movies, sports, and even just regular TV. Great value for such a big screen and solid smart features. Highly recommend it!

Amazing tv. Very clear picture and apps and other functions are very smooth operating. Very impressed with the tizen smart tv app as well. Having a samsung phone with samsung tv also adds some cool features and easy operation in itself. If you are looking for a big tv to wall mount that is fully functional for gaming and tv and movie apps then this is your dream tv. We absolutely love it!

Easy tu set up perfect picture average soun bright colors perfect for living room

My 2 year old tv suddenly stopped working. Without delay, my search began! Came across an 85 inch tv. Kinda expensive but as i scrolled thru, i saw a price for the same tv but it stated that the box was Open but NEVER Used! Done! Without question, I Purchased the Open-box bc the deal was amazing/cost-effective. Could not pass it up! TV was ready for pick-up the same night. I waited a few days to hang up on wall bc x-mas was 2 days away and like most, i was busy! After New Years, TV was up. Eager and pumped to watch my new tv, Remote in hand...ready to program, remote was not following commands or functioning at All! I was so disappointed & annoyed. I called Samsung the next day, turns out the remote was faulty. The representative was very helpful $ & issued a new remote instantly. I figured it would be overnighted or 2nd day air but that wasn't an option. I had to wait for it. Finally, 18 days later, excited but nervous. Ready to program, YAY!!! It works!!! Super Clear too!!! Enjoying my New TV & Happy with my choice. I would give it 5 stars but the remote delay was the only issue thus far!!!!
