This is for a larger room and it has great color and resolution. Everyone can see the smallest details. I am so happy I decided on this model.

We love this tv, the picture is clear and settings are easy to use. It is huge and even offers Samsung Plus free streaming with hundreds of channels. Best purchase we've made in a long time

Satisfied with the picture on this unit. Wish the sound was a bit stronger but im not going to complain, just have to hook up the surround sound. Menus are easy to navigate. Smart functions are user friendly.

I was shopping for a large-screen UHD TV to furnish my rec room. This one wasn't the least expensive but the Samsung name swayed me over other options. The picture is OK, but I haven't finished tweaking the color parameters (faces in movies appear washed out but otherwise picture is solid). One limitation is the 3 HDMI ports but that was easily remedied with an HDMI splitter. I have my PS4 VR system connected in addition to the Xfinity set top box and the availability of streaming services through Samsung means I don't need to connect much else. The build-in sound isn't bad but I am connecting a 5.1.2 surround system over the next couple of weeks (in time for football season). Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Huge display! Looks good, OS is smooth. Pretty easy to use. My mom isn't tech savvy and she figured out the control. Got it open box and have no complaints so far!

The Samsung CU8000 Crystal UHD 4K TV is a mid-range model in Samsung’s 2023 lineup, replacing the Samsung TU8000 in North America. It has a sleek design, a user-friendly interface, and a lot of smart features. It also has a good contrast ratio, a decent color gamut, and a low input lag for gaming. However, it has some drawbacks, such as a mediocre peak brightness, a narrow viewing angle, and a lack of advanced features like VRR and HDMI 2.1. It also suffers from some blooming and banding issues in dark scenes. Overall, this is a good TV for the price, but not a great one. I would give it a 4.5-star rating.

This is an awesome television, especially for the price. I have BestBuy’s Totaltech so had them install it for me for free, (after seeing how big this thing was when they brought the box in, I was glad I had BestBuy do the install) and the guys did a great job. They communicated the install time, gave me notice and showed up early. This model Samsung has a different look than my other Samsung tv’s and Aaron stayed around to get it set up and make sure I was familiar with the functions and how to operate it. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase this Samsung (and Totaltech).

Very happy with this new TV. The colors are great and the overall operation works well. I was advised by a Best Buy associate about the difference in refresh rate from this model to the next higher priced, higher model number. So for some sports like football, there is a very slight lag in the crispness. but for movies it is fine. I am very glad and satisfied with my choice to have Best Buy's Geek Squad perform the delivery and installation of the TV bracket as well as the set up of the TV. I highly recommend it. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

The TV is awesome just the volume is not too good. The picture quality is really good.

Great picture / great price for an 85 incher Mounts well Samsung built in user interface is laggy you might still need to buy a Roku 4K for it
