I had three televisions in my cart trying to decide when the Black friday sale hit. The cart automatically adjusted, i checked out, hubby picked it up and it has been installed! Too easy!!

TV got delivered with a broken screen

I am not sure whether the screen itself was already broken before Best Buy started delivering or got broken while delivering. But this clearly upset me. And I found that the television is way too heavy.

With this one, it is hard, even if I have downloaded some software to my cell phone, I still not able to figure out, so switch to Sony.

First, make sure both your Android device and TV are up to date with the latest Firmware. On your TV, go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, make sure both devices are connected to your home Wi-Fi Network.
Then to wirelessly connect the CU7000 TV to your mobile device, go to Smartphone Screen Sharing (Smart View) in the Connection Guide and then try to connect.
