    Good TV if you don't care much for picture quality and features but want a big TV. I ended up returning just because wanted a much better Samsung TV with much better picture quality.

    TV picture is great. Not satisfied with the sound quality. Had to buy additional sound bar. And remote sleek and small and easy to hold but operating the tv with remote is not user friendly

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, to adjust the sound on your TV, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode or customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings.

      To learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.
