Great tv, just doesn't have HDMI 2.1 so it can be a pain with Roku speaker system for passthrough audio. Great picture quality. Make sure you get a mount.

Wow - Their was No Manual or a Single training given how to do anything on this. Only warranty card. The only way you will Learn is you have to 100% figure it out alone. If you need any questions or troubleshooting answered, you are required to "Ask" for it? For example, you are expected to have 100% full knowledge of their products, and expected to know everything about the Strange remote, and all its settings. I'm 63 and like to reference a printed manual that answers or guide you in the right direction to figure it out yourself, You get nothing. You aren't worth them printing up a manual. I don't have apps or wifi, so its impossible to learn anything. Also, you are not given a single contact or website to give you any answers you are looking for. So they require you each to contact them, and they log you into their computer. If you have wifi or app, I'm sure they require you to log in and get information to help ---- But then you give Samsung 100% access to your TV and Spy on all you do, and keep all your data. That is what you are required to give them, if you want any help. If you don't mind having this company get all your viewing to their mainframe of data against you, and all your online viewing, this will be perfect for you. Just like Alexa voice, once you get this, they record every single private words you speak - 24/7 and downloaded to mp3 for your entire life. If you don't mind having companies listening and recording everything you do, this is great for you. If only I got a basic printed manual how stuff works or troubleshoot your questions, or even a link to this product to learn, that would be great. Bottomline - if you purchase this, you get Zero printed home manuals or guidance you can touch and read to look in real time. You are required to spend time and figure out how to contact support, then wait in line to ask your questions. You have to search youtube how to actually even use the volume of the clicker, as their are no guidance given by Samsung. Then you have to even figure out and search how to change the settings, or contact them live to get a single answer. Something as easy as adjusting the sound, you either have to call them, or spend long time searching for someone who posted how to change anything. Disappointed. You buy the product, but not a single printed word given how to troubleshoot or use anything - even the strange limited clicker. You only get a Trial by usage so ensure you write down the steps you do so you can know what you did, so if it didn't work, you can follow your writting back to what it was. If you have no patience or need printed guidance to troubleshoot, don't bother. Not a single printed page given to read or help guide you how to use it. It took me a long time to get the sound going and listenable. If you have a single sound setting wrong, you can't modify the sound. Something like that, to them, who needs a printed manual to tell you how to do it, or where it is in their menu.

Nice TV for the price. Easy set up. Remote is very basic so a bit hard to change channels and specialty services.

The TV didn't come with card or remote..I have reached out was promised that Best Buy would send card and remote and that never happened..Then when i called again and again i was told i had to go thru Samsung..I didn't purchased the TV with Samsung..i bought it from Best Buy and when the TV's because i also purchased a75' LG was delivered i told the delivery drivers let me see if TV's will work and they said no we don't setup...They placed on floor near wall and left..So what am i supposed to do with a 85' tv with no card or remote..File withBBB AND SUE..To my advantage the cable guy when we took it out the box video it.
