Great replacement for a smaller SSD

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.samsung makes it easy to replace a smaller capacity SSD with this larger one. samsung provides 2 applications - 1 to copy your old drive and 2 application to analyze the disk and use of the drive. The only think you need to buy is a transfer cable — USB 3.0 to the SSD - for you to copy the operating system and files from your ol dv drive to the new one. After that connect the new SSD to the cables your old SSD connected to—mine booted right up - perfectly!

As I expected startup time for my computer remain very fast. So far it has worked flawlessly and I expect it to continue doing so based on the performance of the 850. Installation was easy, but it was a little more difficult than expected due the orientation of the SATA connectors on the motherboard, the cables I had to work with and the amount of available space.
