    I've always purchased from best buy and I've ALWAYS had great service! Once a controller I purchased for my son with the protection plan was faulty after about a year and ity was replaced no questions asked (well maybe a few questions). Great shipping time as well! I believe I ordered this hard drive on the 21st and had it Christmas eve.
