Used it in a older laptop with multi boot operating systems and it worked great. Bought a new laptop for the daughter for school with only a small hard drive and installed one of these in it, no complaint except she has too much school work.

After I realized I needed to work again haha I converted it into a nice external drive. Highly rated and worth every penny!! I’m not worried that it will break down. It’s Samsung after all...cmon people ;)

Only issue is it did not come with mounting screws. If you do not want. Free floating drive please secure screws before installing and using.
