Good Price for great Performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used this to update my $300 laptop and gave it some extra life. Battery drains less and can read the news, emails and pay bills a lot faster!:) this drive is a good option to give life to old systems.

Only issue is it did not come with mounting screws. If you do not want. Free floating drive please secure screws before installing and using.

||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used this in my PS4 and my load times were CUT IN HALF!! No joke. After I realized I needed to work again haha I converted it into a nice external drive. Highly rated and worth every penny!! I’m not worried that it will break down. It’s Samsung after all...cmon people ;)
I would recommend this to a friendNeed for Speed
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this because I had an extremely slow HHD that just bottle capped my whole system. Games took around 2 mins to fully load in and my system took around 3 mins to fully boot. Now games load within secs and my PC only takes 40 secs max to boot up.

I would recommend this to a friend Great Customer Service, First SSD Was Dead
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first SSD was dead on arrival (never happened to me before) after trying for 3+ hours of YouTube and try this try that. So it had only been one day, so I could exchange it for another one in store. The employees were NOT mean, they just simply asked why I was exchanging and happily exchanged for a new SSD.

Excellent
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Main thing is it does not come with mounting screws, that for me seemed to require M3 screws that I had to buy separately. otherwise one of the best SSDs on the market

Posted .Nick:
Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 860 EVO SATA III SSD. Please know that these drives are not delivered with mounting screws since motherboard manufacturers typically provide the specific screws and spacers that fit the proprietary needs of each motherboard.

Wish I had done it sooner!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazingly fast. Amazingly smooth. Stupid fast startup. Stupid fast installations, file transfers, you name it. I put this in my gaming pc and now my friends don’t rip on me for how long it takes me to load a game or reload games like PUBG when it crashes
I would recommend this to a friendHave to have SSD!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the only option for having a fast load time with your machine. This makes it very easy to load all off your games to this drive for fast play back. Plus it looks amazing with the all black finish in my case. Looking forward in the near future for picking up another one of these to add to my gaming rig.
I would recommend this to a friendWorks awesome on Ps4 and Ps4 Pro
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installed this on my Ps4 Pro and notice a significant difference. Load times for sure but even in frame rate I wanna say. Old school games like Doom 3 and FF8 look smoother. Overall satisfied that I swapped out the one in my regular ps4 as well. Definitely recommend
I would recommend this to a friendWorks like a charm.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We replaced our 15" laptop and wanted a SSD instead of the air cooled drive we had. We upgraded the SSD from what the unit came with. There is no heat generated by this drive. We have had no problems with this. The storage capacity is great as we store our data on the cloud.

Good hard drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good drive. It's not totally straight forward to install unless you are installing on a new computer. Its fast and uses less energy than a disk so it's a performance upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend It's a great little big hard drive.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It still works great. It's survived several laptops, in fact. The only thing I don't like is that it has a priority (different than others) cord. If I misplace the cord, I'll be unable to use the drive.
I would recommend this to a friendSpeedy for PS4 hard drive upgrade!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super fast SSD placed inside my PS4 Pro. Happy with the overall speed bump in loading times. Examples include loading up NBA 2K20 in about 30 seconds faster from home screen and loading Ghosts of Tsushima about 10 seconds faster (already a fast loading game)!
I would recommend this to a friendBest HD Upgrade /replacement
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old hard drive got damaged and I lost a great deal of information. After much research and recommendations I went with the EVO. Extremely easy to install! ALOT smaller than my old HD. Will end up getting another one to install and get rid of my external back up HD
I would recommend this to a friendThis SSD screams.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my SSHD with this SSD in my i5 Laptop. When I click on a program - it is there immediately - no more Please Wait - Loading, etc. Browsers open a lot quicker too. I have been wanting one of these forever - the price finally got right and I did it. Wish I had purchased this long ago.
I would recommend this to a friendExcellent Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an very good upgrade (HDD → SSD). Big difference power up and shut down time => FAST. I have not explored other thigns available yet. I am positive and working comfortably with this drive. Although it did call for, I also upgraded the memory for my laptop.

Good buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Affordable and reliable. I struggled a bit downloading the right imaging software. I think Samsung should do a better job. Word of advice, do not use the most current imaging software.
