This was adviced to me to install on my computer. The computer is now faster to upload huge softwares. That's all I can say, as I am not a computer guru.

I purchased this for my PS4 Pro, and it has been a complete life and time saver! The load-times are phenomenal and beyond anything that the old HDD could even dream about. Highly recommend, and is a standard in the industry now.

VERY impressed with this drive. Boot times on an old Dell Inspiron 15 was 7 minutes. Horribly slow. I purchased this drive during a killer sale; mirrored the old drive over to this one and installed it. Boot times are 25 seconds and it is B-L-A-Z-I-N-G fast now!

Bought this for my aging HP Envy 15t. Read the fine print to make use of the Samsung data transfer software available on their site for their drives. The overall transfer process was incredibly simple and everything works without an issue.

My laptop is about 5 years old and became very sluggish. I had geek squad install this one and transfer all my data and now it's running lightning fast. Very happy

They are pretty fast for a SATA SSD. Use this as a backup in RAID for an m.2 drive but cost to performance was great particularly for Black Friday

Popped it right in and did all the steps from the sony website and works like a charm. Faster load times and possibly makes the ps4 pro a tiny bit quieter (I already have the new model that is quiet) due to not needing a spinning disk. 10/10

I replaced a 250 g ssd and used Samsung's migration software. I had a spare case to use so installed new drive in laptop and old drive in spare case. Downloaded newest migration software, installed and started migration. No problems and drive is working without any issues.

Utilitarian device and I trust most SSD’s. Smooth sailing after external formatting struggle. My computer did not automatically recognize the drive in an external USB enclosure. Needed to initialize and format it through an obscure windows settings panel.

Bought this for a Dell AIO with an AMD processor and it would not work..After I researched I found this was a recurring problem with this brand. This should be mentioned in the product details. I opted to try it in my laptop with an Intel i3 and it works well.

Good SSD drive. Used the Samsung software downloaded from their website to transfer from the old 120 GB SSD to this new 1 TB SSD.

Samsung leads the pack when it comes to SSD products. I've owned Sandisk and Samsung, won't be buying Sandisk anymore. Performance wise Sandisk has to take the rear seat, not even shotgun, the rear seat...

The data migration process of putting all the data from the hhd onto the ssd was very easy and quick. The ssd itself was very easy to install. I am happy to now have a 1tb ssd with my windows os and games and a 1tb hdd on the side for other files.

A great little SSD for your new build... Or your old build. Or even your console. It works. It's relatively cheap. Get it.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He needed it for his kinda old desktop. He is extremely happy with it. Has had no issues and he is the kind of person that will let you know immediately if he is not satisfied! I'm so happy that it has worked well for him!

How can you go wrong? Trusted brand Large capacity 10x faster than any hard drive No moving parts = more reliable No spinning disk = Less power consumption I remember paying $300 for a 250gb Samsung ssd like 5 years ago. The price has really gone down.

For PCs without M.2 interfaces, This drive is an excellent upgrade form Mechanical Drives. Make an older PC fast and feel new again. Upgrade several older PC and laptops with this SSD, and the very faster than newer PC that had factory installed HDDs.

I bought two 500gb samsung SSD before. Now SSD getting cheaper. So, I bought a 1tb EVO. Would like to buy more when on sale.

It really sped up booting time & faster navigating. Should done earlier! Asus laptop, ROG750JM, so much cooler. The secondary Hitachi 1tb, also is running more efficient now that it has 24g of memory. ***** {:~)->=<

Great product really sped up our computer. We replaced most of our hard drives with the SSD and noticed an increase in speed in all our machines.
