It took me 4 drives to get the drive working in my Samsung NP700Z5B laptop. First tried cloning the original drive but it wouldn't complete. Tried for clean install and found out special drivers were needed to get drive to allow for proper install.

I had an old Sony that I had already upgraded it to a hybrid. I was looking to upgrade to Windows 10 safely. I used the Samsung software to transfer the Windows 7 from the hybrid to the Samsung. I then updated that to Windows 10. It works great.

I put this in my ps4 pro and wow. The load times are much faster. Don't let the YouTube reviews deter you from upgrading you're PS4 pro. it really does make a huge difference at least 40% faster load times around the board sometimes more

I’m amazed at how much more responsive my computer is! It’s night and day faster than the stock 5400 RPM. I have a ~3 year old Dell all-in-one desktop, which is basically a laptop on the inside, and it performs better than new.

End result: It works better overall, some problems with blue screens, sleep mode inconsistent. Minor nisance, haven't resolved

Worked as expected. I forgot the mounting bracket and couldn’t install right away because my older PC chassis was only made to mount 3.5” drives; this is a 2.5”. I ordered a basic mount and everything worked out great!

I had a 250 gb samsung hard drive. Reviews onlind rated this so very high. I went to the store, ( I always buy my electronics at Best Buy), chatted aand selected the 1 TB drive. Mirrowing the drive was easy with the additional cable. Works perfectly

I bought this SSD to replace the HDD for my laptop. The boot up time is now significantly faster. I used the Samsung Migration software as well, it helped me to clone the HDD without an issue.

The Samsung 860 EVO 1TB Internal SATA Solid State Drive has greatly improved startup & shutdown times. I'm very pleased with this drive. Will definitely get a new computer with a solid state drive.

The best choice for speeding up an old laptop. Startup time went from minutes to seconds. There is no lag, even with multiple windows open. Download the Samsung cloning software and in about an hour go from laggard to speedster.

My games run smooth, super fast loading.my first score with CrystalDiskMark was: Read 563/ write 536, and afetr installing samsung Magician software, goes to: 3,644/3118.4 and in Samsung Magician show: Reading 4,772 / writing 4,779.

Used this to replace my old crashed 1T hard drive in my 2009 27"Imac. Installed snow leopard and works fine.

This has been the best investment to my gaming I have done in a while. The load speeds on RDR2 & other games is extremely fast. Doesn't take very long to upload the new firmware to the new SSD. Youtube is your friend for this one.

Let's face it - you either buy a Samsung EVO, a Pro, or something cheaper than either one. This is the gold standard for SSDs, and I would only recommend the Pro if you are super-paranoid about lifespan (and the additional 5-year warranty)

Works well and fast. Install was a bit funky, but went well once the install program recognized the drive.
