I would recommend this to a friend Okay for it's price. Could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Price per TB you are better off with a harddrive, at about 25$ per TB on the western digital 4Tb. But if your looking to putting new life and extending the battery life a bit for a older laptop this is a option we'll worth what you pay. As an added bonus with solid state drives, my laptop was a little more drop tolerant since the harddrive was the weakest part in any laptop.

Fast drive! But drive crashed. Lost everything...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this drive For my MacBook Pro... Used SuperDuper! For the see less data transfer — and WOW it sped up my computer. Enjoyed greater boot speed (under 10 seconds) and faster application launch and file access. For instance photoshop used to take a good 2-3 minutes to launch. Literally the drive speed was such that it launches in Under 15 seconds. Amazing. If it were not for what happen in just 4 months from purchase I would have given it 6 stars (if possible). Well all this came to an end about a week ago (April 31, 2020) when my computer came to a screeching halt. I tried Everything, but it is gone. Cannot even see the drive with disk utility when booting with a bootable usb thumb drive. I am going to try and return it. Will see how that goes.
