I purchased this as an upgrade for my PS4 PRO. Installation was easy and the performance is excellent. I previously had a SSHD which meant that the game I played most (at a given time) was faster than the standard, but everything else (especially patching) took ages. I was worried about having to reinstall all of my games, but the SSD just flies and it's taken far less time than it did when I upgraded to the SSHD. An absolute must for the PS4 PRO

Got this drive to replace a failing traditional hard drive in a laptop. The difference in performance is dramatic. VERY fast. Laptop is so much faster than it ever was. Starts instantly.

Top notch SSD. Installation was a breeze, and quickly transferred from old SATA drive to this SSD using free utilities. Performs flawlessly at publiched read/write speeds.

I've always like to buy Samsung SSDs and this one was on sale. Fast and reliable you can either change your HDD with it for faster computing, add an additional storage or with the proper enclosure use it as an external storage device.

My laptop was getting very slow to boot and be usable taking an average of 3 minutes. After upgrading to this SSD, my laptop now boots and logs me on with facial recognition in less than 10 seconds. Can't be happier.

I got this to upgrade my Alienware R5. This was a good price for a 1T solid-state drive. Available in-store, I installed the same day and I transferred a large number of game files over quickly. No issues so far.

Fantastic drive and a great price. Using it on a 2019 iMac since the internal drive is super slow. Even connected to a USB3 port, it it 3 times faster than the spinning drive and works great.

Got this drive to convert my older machine to SSD. Got a good guidance from the team at the store. Installed and my desktop is super fast now. Boots up and works much much faster than the older rotating HDD.

I bought this drive to replace a 1TB in my Mac Mini i7. It is like new now! It is very fast now with an SSD. You can´t go wrong with this drive if you want a fast and reliable drive.

I was looking for an ssd HDD and found the EVO Samsung which had an excellent price. The SSD was used to replace my macbook regular hard drive now the macbook run even faster than before excellent quality SSD hard drive.

The hybrid drive went out on my daughters HO Envy....so I decided to upgrade to this SSD. It was easy to install.. and is quite a nice upgrade in speed and quietness. I would recommend.. especially when on sale.

It’s like I bought a new computer. It increased the reaction time abundantly. It starts faster reacts faster and just is overall faster. Was easy to install. Had software to clone old drive then replace with the new.

Fast, simple to migrate to, and great price. I have cut corners and spent more on lesser brands. Getting the best for less is always preferable and you will not go wrong with this one.

it is true that your RAM size affects the efficiency of your laptop. But, I will tell you that the kind of HDD or hard disk you use contributes to this. I use a MacBook and I am communications and graphics design expert and my machine started responding very very slow. I deduced the from the analytics that my hard disk was getting full....I free most fo the space but still the performance was the same. Then I change the entire drive and went for the solid state drive and oh my the speed... was incredible.... I even put almost all the files back unto the drive and still the speed was abnormally fast. So I changed my wife hard disk to a the Samsung - 860 EVO 1TB Internal SATA Solid state drive and oh my.... amazing... I recommend this 100%

Great SSD very fast as it’s supposed to be. Already formatted and ready for the operating system right out of the box it does NOT come with screws which is the only con I can think of but it wasn’t that big of a deal for me

Using this to install my Steam games on, way faster than HDD. Knowing its made by a well known company adds to the quality assurance of it. Also got it while on sale, great price for such high capacity SSD.

Hard to believe how much the price has come down for SSD. Now, I been using the Samsung SSD's since they came out and I do a lot of reading and writing from apps to 4K video and to this day I have yet to see one fail on me.

This is a perfect replacement to another SSD that failed. However at half the cost of what I paid before and it is way faster. Easy install, my 8 year old computer is working like new. P.s. works for mac as well as PC. Love!

I bought this to replace the old hdd in my wife's computer since it was having issues. The old hard drive was also 10 years old. This ssd has been flawless and is quick compared to the hdd. It's a very simple install.
