It was also a Samsung so there should have been no issue. I use the Samsung software to do the migration etc. but it never really worked. The drive was always giving issues, not recognized by the samsung software etc. Had to reinstall the old, broken 500G and put that 1T to the side. The computer could have been a contributing factor which is why it gets 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 star.
