My system was faster since there were no moving parts in the drive to search for data. Definitely recommend SSD all the way!

Really improves overall performance when replacing a mechanical drive.

Decent price for a 1TB SSD

Fastest SSD for loading, shutdown, and running app

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I compare this to the old school SATA drive III to SSD drives first when I do a clean install and reinstall the operating system, apps, drivers, and updates. As a result, it's a huge difference for 7 seconds of shutdown time and 10 second seconds for the shutdown time and loading time and clicking the apps is a huge difference than the old school SATA which runs on spindles and when it's starting to go broke it clicks for spindles unlike the SSD it's quiet and fast I'm happy to have Samsung EVO 860 it's like a jet when it starts
