Caught this SSD on sale and replaced hdd in an older laptop. Now it boots up so much faster and works a lot better for work.

Easy installation of ssd drive and installed Windows 10 with no issues. Impressed with speed of this drive. Windows 10 boots up within 6 seconds.

This ssd is good for storing programs, games, or your operating system. This is a good choice for anything you want to run quickly. Greta upgrade if you have a hdd.

My computer is a few years old and I can't afford a new one, so I've got to hang on to this one as long as possible! Now there isn't much you can do to a laptop computer to improve it's performance, except to get more RAM memory, and/or improve the hard drive to a Solid state drive. So I bought the Samsung 860 EVO 1TB Internal SATA Solid State Drive. I can't wait to install it. NOTE: If you don't have any experience working on electronics then do not attempt to do this yourself or you can ruin your laptop computer.

I have been using Samsung SSDs since 2013. They've always been fast & reliable. The 5 year warranty is what puts these over the others drives in its class.

Great SSD for the $ I recommend going 1TB no less for gaming on PC. Easy to setup and use very fast! Recommend this to anyone!

Drastically sped up my computer. Boot up time and loading programs now in a fraction of the time it used to take. Setup was extremely simple, my tech level is low.

I bought this to replace this harddrive on my ps4 pro, and its best decision I have ever made. This ssd is really fast, it kinda eliminated load times on some games which is awesome. Texture streaming in games has been pretty quick as well, I used to see this problem in some games where the textures look like a muddy mess because it wasnt loading the textures fast enough, and now with this ssd that problem has pretty much been eliminated in most of my games. This thing is really awesome, I definitely recommend to pick one up

Only as good as the old Samsung 850 EVO, who’s is to say fantastic. Honestly SATA is maxed out by these drives, they seem to be very reliable. Great value.
