I was having problems with the speed of my 2016 HP Notebook. It was very slow, at the point that was useless. Can't even log into it or use the mouse. Bought a new RAM memory, and this 1TB SSD and the results were unbelievable. I bought it thanks to a technician advice that did a check up on my laptop. Saved a few hundred of dollars. Plus when it comes to copy all your work to this SSD...is a walk in the park with the Samsung Software. You will not go wrong with this SSD.

I've been waiting for a SSD HD for my ps4 pro since I got the ps4 pro. I had a hybrid ssd/hdd drive prior to this and it performed well compared to the native ps4/ps4 hdd setup but this took things to a new level as I anticipated. I compared some of the load times of the ps5 and it's not that far off or comparable to some... I don't have a ps5 but I watched videos of load times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and still going strong 6 months later.

Samsung SSD

Took me less than 30 minutes to transfer over 250gigs of material to this ssd using the Samsung program. My 10 year old computer now boots up 10 seconds slower than my Alienware. I highly recommend this drive if you're looking to upgrade a older drive or to use for storage space. For faster transfer rates use a SATA cable and connect to your motherboard. You're going to have to open up your case anyway to remove the older Drive. Saves mucho time vs using the USB transfer method.

Fast Boot Ups!

So fast it's like getting a whole new computer.

It was excruciating waiting for it to boot up and log in, and my daughter constantly complained. I couldn't wait for the warranty to be up so I could crack it open and upgrade the drive. After doing so with this SSD, it's like a whole new computer. My daughter was shocked the first time she booted it from a dead shutdown, logged in, and pulled up her class in the browser all in under 20 seconds.
