Good SSD

Definitely recommend this if you only have a hard drive you won’t regret the upgrade. I’ve only had it for a couple of months so we’ll see if it continues to be amazing. However, Samsung give you a warranty so I wouldn’t be too worried.

Wakes up an old computer!

I got a 500 GB SSD and it did wonders for speeding up almost everything I do on my computer. I got this 1 TB SSD and it is even faster than my old one. Also, the software to clone a drive works much better than the one I used years ago. This replaced my system drive complete with the operating system, it went off without a hitch! HIGHLY recommended!

Worth The Upgrade

It was taking forever for the pc to be usable. The desktop would load, but it would take 3 mins or more before I could load any programs. My Dell 8700 now loads in seconds...I can't believe it. Use Samsung's cloning software and it was like I didn't chage a thing as far as placement, but everything loads in seconds...I love it and will not go back to a HDD except for long term storage.

Fast and does the job

Just down the migration software from Samsung, install it on new or current computer and attached the ssd drive using sata to usd adapter to the computer. Watch the progress and when finished power down the computer remove existing drive and replace with ssd drive and power on the computer and the computer will recognize yhe new drive and ask to restart the computer. That is it!
