Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having geeksquad look at my laptop and tell me how much it would be to run diagnostics and go through the process to replace the hard drive even though all of the diagnostics on the laptop said exactly what was wrong with it I opted to replace the hard drive myself...technically my husband replaced the hard drive :) The actual install was super quick and easy and going this route was much cheaper than the other options.

Although this was expected going from HDD to SSD. The boot up time is awesome, load times are a thing of the past and now I can spam my library with joy. Please do your homework on SATA 2 vs SATA 3 as this will give you a better idea if this SSD with benefit your system, console or PC.

Great for storing game files

I still have my other two SSDs working from last year up to now. You can't really go with these Samsung 860 EVO SSDs. They're a bit pricey, but definitely worth it considering that they have their own nice proprietary apps like Samsung Magician and Samsung Data Migration.

The quality of the product is something they take great care with and that is something that especially when it comes to where you have your storage, anyone is going to want. I definitely recommend this SSD

Great inexpensive upgrade for laptop.

If you are still using just an hdd and use your PC quite often grab this ssd or comparable and you will never look back.
