what a difference a digital drive makes!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had always been aware that SSD drives were noticeably better than analog ones, but to really appreciate them you must have them installed on your computer replacing the old analog workhorse that gave up the ghost and left you wondering what the heck happened. I decided on getting an SSD because of this and I am glad and happy about it. The speed is noticeable and it leads to a work environment that makes work a pleasure.

Worked better than I thought it would

It took a while because I borrowed a friend's USB 2.0 cable. If you use a newer 3.0 it would be much faster. The Samsung Magician software made it easy and everything worked perfectly. It made my 4 year old computer run like a new one. I got a WD Blue for my wife's laptop and the Samsung software was much easier.

It's The Best

Easy cloning software from Samsung Site. Best operation when maintained with Samsung Magician software. The only trouble I run into with these drives is when I decide to Secure Erase. The drives have been known to lock up and resetting isn't always easy. So if you intend on installing and using to its life cycle end, then this drive is an excellent choice.

No excuses to use HDDs anymore.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Grabbed one of these to swap out my old 128GB SSD boot drive while the Black Friday sales we're going on. 0 complaints here, a quick backup and reformat everything is running great. Benchmarked at advertised speeds and with the space I was able to tear my 1tb primary storage HDD out and put everything on here instead. With the current pricing and durability of SSDs, you'd have to be insane to not use one over a HDD.
