EVO is the way to go

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have installed a number of Samsung EVO SATA-based drives now; reliable, fast (even better with RAPID enabled), easy-to-use migration software (but you'll want a USB to 2.5" SATA cable with UASP protocol capability if you can't connect the drive internally), and the prices have come way down in general (thankfully). If you haven't tried one, now's the time.

Greatness in a SSD body

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have become a Samsung EVO SSD homer so bad.. these things speed up a laptop so much, even a slow, clunky 4gb unit with a 2.2ghz dual core becomes a very useable windows laptop! they have great software, both to clone the drive and then to keep an eye on it and use some extra speed features if you'd like. I'm hooked

Great reliable hard drive

Coming it at 1TB, it gives me more than enough capacity for movies, as well as home pictures & videos. Additionally it is fast and quiet. Not sure what else you would be looking for in a solid state hard drive, as this has and does it all.

As far as a reliable SAD-Excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The latest flash type drives might be much faster if the processor and motherboard will support them (and assuming they last), but for older slower systems, add this SSD and the speed Skyrockets and boot time dropped almost 90 percent, word pops up almost immediately This is my second one and it went on to a 11 year old 2009 HP laptop.
