Samsung 860 EVO 1tb sata

The boot time for 250, 500, and this 1tb is substantially faster than any of the older, 3 to 6 year old drives. Samsung is a bit more expensive but I paid for the little more speed. Watch a YouTube video for your system or a close model and good luck.

New life for my laptop

It was very slow, especially after the latest software updates. I got one of these SSDs and now it is blazingly fast, as if I got an entirely new computer. I couldn't be happier with this drive; it offers ample capacity, and sped up my computer to its optimum performance.

PERFECT SSD for PS4 PRO!

Replaced with this Samsung SSD and wow what a difference!! Just recently purchased Ghosts of Tsushima for the PS4 and wow there are literally like 1 second load times when traveling. This makes loading anything and everything so much quicker. I wish I would have replaced the hard drive sooner!

Great Drive!

Installation was super easy in my desktop and data transfer went faster than expected using Samsung's cloning software. Now I have double the space for ever expanding amounts of data on my computer.

Great SSD Drive to Swap Out Dinosaur HDD Drives

Buy an SSD (I've bought two of these now) and clone your existing drive to this SSD and swap them. That easy. You can use Clonezilla or Aomei cloning software and you're going to feel like your PC is new. Great drive.

Usually you pay a premium for expanded capacity, but not here! It is the same speed as the 860 Evo, but this new version uses a 64-layer vNAND. Due to the new technology, it has double the write endurance - meaning it will last twice as long! I like things that are built to last.

Best of the value SSDs

Data transfer rates are decent - it's obviously not as fast as an NVMe, but it's good as my secondary drive to store and retrieve data from. It's my fifth Evo SSD and they've all been reliable so far. Excellent reliability, low power consumption and great performance.
