Very fast SSD drive, so far not one issue using it on my Mac

excellent ssd no issues literaly plug and play. great for past year

Samsung ssd always delivers. Fast and reliable. The best.

improved the speed of my computer: supper easy to install

I have become a Samsung EVO SSD homer so bad.. these things speed up a laptop so much, even a slow, clunky 4gb unit with a 2.2ghz dual core becomes a very useable windows laptop! they have great software, both to clone the drive and then to keep an eye on it and use some extra speed features if you'd like. I'm hooked

good speed and seems like a solid buy at a great price.

Great price for a solid state drive, my PC boots up so much faster now

I've replaced old desktop HD and laptop old drives with Samsung and they are great. The boot time for 250, 500, and this 1tb is substantially faster than any of the older, 3 to 6 year old drives. Samsung is a bit more expensive but I paid for the little more speed. Watch a YouTube video for your system or a close model and good luck.

This was purchased as an upgrade for my older laptop. Works great. Speeds are greatly improved. Cloning an OS from a HDD to an SSD can be a hassle but there are many FREE programs out there. Don't get suckered into buying paid software. Additionally, never defrag an SSD as it reduces the lifetime of it.

I replaced a Samsung 850 EVO 500MB drive with this 1TB drive this week. Installation was super easy in my desktop and data transfer went faster than expected using Samsung's cloning software. Now I have double the space for ever expanding amounts of data on my computer.

This is a great Solid State drive. It is fast and reliable

(Disclaimer: Yes I know the US is no longer using the gold standard behind the dollar.) This Samsung is, in my book, the gold standard for SSD devices. And, these are reliable enough to be used not just in laptop upgrades, but as Linux server boot drives (albeit overkill on size). When these are on sale at BB, it is hard not to buy 2-3 for upgrade inventory.

fast and reliable. east install and simple package

At $300 for 1 TB SSD in February 2018, this was a great deal. Usually you pay a premium for expanded capacity, but not here! It is the same speed as the 860 Evo, but this new version uses a 64-layer vNAND. Due to the new technology, it has double the write endurance - meaning it will last twice as long! I like things that are built to last.

Very top of the line ssd and its for a great price

Great performance, relatively cheap way to upgrade an older pc!

Hard drive in my PS4 Pro died. Replaced with this Samsung SSD and wow what a difference!! Just recently purchased Ghosts of Tsushima for the PS4 and wow there are literally like 1 second load times when traveling. This makes loading anything and everything so much quicker. I wish I would have replaced the hard drive sooner!

Computer boots up in less than 30 seconds and everything opens quick.

Speedy and spacious, what else do you need to know.

I was having issues with my computer. Talk about slow! I run Premier Pro video editing on my Lenovo. The screen would freeze and take forever to do a twenty minute job. I had this hard drive installed at my local Best Buy and my computer is a new machine. No longer do I need to wait a few minutes just for it to start. This drive truly is a game changer.
