Got this for my PS4Pro. Installation was extremely easy and now my games load incredibly fast. Its extremely noticeable in games like Monster Hunter World where load times are known for being notoriously long. It cut down times from over one minute to about 15 seconds or less. I've been recommending this hard drive to everyone since.

This is my 5th Samsung SSD purchase and it has been great like all the others. Samsung has the best SSD's and everyone I have bought still works to this day (Some are over 5 years old). Also the migration software that you can download from Samsung's website that allows you to clone from an old hard drive worked good.

System boots quickly. Handles photo applications quickly.

Had a little trouble getting the extra sata cable on my mother board to reach where I had to put the drive. 8 year old PC. Once connected the system recognized it fine and I got all my old drive data copied over to it including the OS. Windows 10. Reconfigured bios to boot off it and it is now the C boot drive. Much faster boot now and faster games, etc.

First should be more then enough memory for all your games, I have over 100 games from steam and oculus and I keep it under 30 games I haven’t finished from ark survival evolved, no mans sky, the 3 Batman Arkham sagas, kakarot, alien isolation, Minecraft, pubg and much more with 230+ space left for more.

I'm going to say this as plainly as I can, any computer laptop or desktop should have this drive as their main drive. Any computer that doesn't is leaving a lot on the table. I'd wager most peoples complaints with their computer are really the bottle neck HHDs are on a computer. ANY and I mean ANY computer that has a SATA HHD will benefit from this upgrade.

Fast hard drive, upgraded my laptop from a cone too sl drive to ssd. Ssd is the way to go, it speeds up the efficiency of any computer. Even the old computers can be brought back to life. I purchased two of these one for a laptop (Lenovo) the other for a Mac Mini 2012.

I needed to replace a very slow drive in my daughter's laptop, and this one did the job. The Samsung data migration utility worked without a flaw. The laptop had an I7 processor and 8GB of RAM, but everything from bootup to running applications was extremely slow before installing the new drive. After installation all problems disappeared.

Got this SSD to replace the hard drive of my aging Dell Inspiron 15. I added a Samsung 250GB M.2 last year and made the existing 1TB hard drive as data drive and it made a big difference. This year, I decided to replace the old hard drive with this SSD and saw an even bigger jump in performance. Just like getting a new PC for a fraction of a cost.

Bought this drive to replace old PS4 HDD. Swapping was super easy and load times are noticeably improved on many games. Multiplayer games generally load in much faster. Overkill, but well worth the money. Staff was very helpful in helping me grab it.

Before upgrading, my computer with the original HDD took 2 minutes and 2 seconds to turn on and get to a loaded internet page (yes I timed it). After upgrading to this SSD, my computer took just 18 seconds to complete the same task. Applications and files load A LOT faster as well. It’s the single best upgrade you can do to your laptop or desktop.

I have always recommended Samsung SSDs. The specs are good and the reliability has been exceptional. The software to manage the drive is thorough and relievable. Be sure to set the over provisioning to the recommended value to extend the life of the drive and to improve performance.

I bought this drive to update my older system for gaming. It was easy to install and matched my system fine. Also if your not sure on comparability always look up what drives are compatible with your system prior to buying. I noticed a significant increase in performance with this drive and another 8GB of RAM.
