Had a little trouble getting the extra sata cable on my mother board to reach where I had to put the drive. 8 year old PC. Once connected the system recognized it fine and I got all my old drive data copied over to it including the OS. Windows 10. Reconfigured bios to boot off it and it is now the C boot drive. Much faster boot now and faster games, etc.

easy installation and fast speeds. i load into games quite fast.

Easy to install and can handle heavy traffic good solid product

I am happy how fast it works, the price is really good

Got this for my PS4Pro. Installation was extremely easy and now my games load incredibly fast. Its extremely noticeable in games like Monster Hunter World where load times are known for being notoriously long. It cut down times from over one minute to about 15 seconds or less. I've been recommending this hard drive to everyone since.

System boots quickly. Handles photo applications quickly.

The 800 Series EVO's work flawlessly and perfectly. I prodominantly use them in systems that are between 3-5 years old for a performance upgrade OR in a newer system that only came with a HDD not a SSD. In 7 years of installations and upgrades for the family and friends NO FAILURES no issues at all.

Got this SSD to replace the hard drive of my aging Dell Inspiron 15. I added a Samsung 250GB M.2 last year and made the existing 1TB hard drive as data drive and it made a big difference. This year, I decided to replace the old hard drive with this SSD and saw an even bigger jump in performance. Just like getting a new PC for a fraction of a cost.

I needed to replace a very slow drive in my daughter's laptop, and this one did the job. The Samsung data migration utility worked without a flaw. The laptop had an I7 processor and 8GB of RAM, but everything from bootup to running applications was extremely slow before installing the new drive. After installation all problems disappeared.

Works great fast data transfer. My pc boots fully in under 15 seconds flat. No more hdd go brrr which is nice to not have to listen too anymore. Annoying that it needs to be formatted in the beginning for the pic to actually recognize it’s their other than just in the bios or device manager menus.

Very easy to install. Much faster than disc drive hard drive.

Before upgrading, my computer with the original HDD took 2 minutes and 2 seconds to turn on and get to a loaded internet page (yes I timed it). After upgrading to this SSD, my computer took just 18 seconds to complete the same task. Applications and files load A LOT faster as well. It’s the single best upgrade you can do to your laptop or desktop.

This is my 5th Samsung SSD purchase and it has been great like all the others. Samsung has the best SSD's and everyone I have bought still works to this day (Some are over 5 years old). Also the migration software that you can download from Samsung's website that allows you to clone from an old hard drive worked good.

Replaced spin harddrive with this boots in seconds, tons of room.

This drive I got to replace my initial Boot Drive upgrade because the initial drive I got a few years ago was smaller, however, worked great for the OS installation only. This will give me the ability to put everything on it or at least cover additional core things like putting my Visual Studio and software development kits on the main drive as well.

Works great. Easy to install. Very fast. What else can I say?

Love the size and the speed. Seems to be very durable so far

I highly recommend this for any older MacBook Pros that you are able to upgrade yourself. Putting this in our 2012 MacBook Pro, along with 16GBs of ram, transformed our laptop into a whole new computer. It can functionally compete with many high end laptops out there.

Bought this drive to replace old PS4 HDD. Swapping was super easy and load times are noticeably improved on many games. Multiplayer games generally load in much faster. Overkill, but well worth the money. Staff was very helpful in helping me grab it.

Super super fast...….Very Reliable. Also very quite.
