This will give me the ability to put everything on it or at least cover additional core things like putting my Visual Studio and software development kits on the main drive as well.

I use one in a portable drive enclosure, and others in various laptops and PC's and haven't had any problems with them yet. If you wait for a sale, it's a great buy.

My laptop booted up in seconds!

It was really fast. My old hard disc drive failed and replaced it with this one. Was easy to swap hard drives and intstalled a fresh new Windows 10 OS. All under 15-20mins and done. Everything worked perfectly!

Samsung Solid State Hard drives

Works great and is very dependable. I have them in 2 of my computers and also have a couple in hard drive enclosures that I use for storage and for Time Machine on my Mac Book Pro.

Huge upgrade. No need new desktop

It turned out huge upgrade. It's very fast and stable. Later, I bought a mounting bracket to fit this 2.5 inch SSD into the 3.5 inch drive bay.

Even though it costs a bit more than its competitors, I always go with Samsung for a peace of mind and performance.
