Amazing performance, instant difference with my few year old Toshiba Satellite laptop. Couldn't be happier with how this drive has made a difference. Haven't had it long but hopefully it will last a long time, just have to wait and see.

Bought this to replace the drive in my laptop. The laptop kept getting 100% disk usage errors and stalling running Windows 10. Replacing the drive with this SSD fixed that problem and laptop is fast now. Very happy with performance.

Upgraded a Lenovo W530 and this thing flies. Used the software to clone the existing drive. Temporarily mounted the SSD drive in an accessory caddy (DVD slot). Then swapped the existing drive out.

Excellent SSD at a great price. I keep my media files on it in an external USB3 case. nice to have them portable without having to worry about a spinning hard drive inside!

I bought this to insert into my PS4 - WELL WORTH IT. If you are not interested in getting a PS5 any time soon but still wish to improve the performance of your PS4 Pro a bit, an SSD internal drive replacement may be exactly what you need. Go search on YouTube, they have videos explaining how doing this will improve loading and rendering times. GTA V literally boots up 3 times faster than before. This won't give you better graphics or more storage space (unless you get a bigger SSD), but it will save you time and you will feel more versed in your games with how graphics will load and render faster and sharper.

SSDs are the way to go, atleast in 2.5 form if you dont have the newer slot compatibility. have bought 3 of these and each one has been a breeze to clone the older drives and replace with these.

My old magnetic HDD died out and had to be replaced. I already have a 256gb Samsung Evo for my OS, and using a 1TB for storage (video games, pictures, etc) and the performance difference is incredible. Never a problem.

I had a standard hard drive in my laptop and replaced it with this Samsung solid state drive. It was more expensive but well worth it. The speed is amazing! No more defragging to increase the speed.

Received Drive and installed in PS4 pro. Noticed increased boot time and load times on games. Verified with stop watch. Over all performance is 8/10 being I haven’t had a lot of time logged into my console.

The Samsung 860 EVO 1TB is the ideal backup for my pc. I just clone the existing 1TB SSD and that is my backup method. I do a cloning every 2 to 3 weeks.

I've purchased other brands and they haven't let me down but the Samsung always delivers great performance and reliability. I've got at least ten SSDs. Samsung always outperforms the other brands. It's worth spending a little extra.

I upgraded my hard drive from a traditional to a SSD and my old computer became like new again. Boots up in 12 seconds. After that I upgraded my other laptop to a SSD. Don’t ever want to take a step back. Perfect drive.

Piece of cake to install. Did so after my build as I decided to pull the trigger on more storage because it was on sale. Had to look up how to get the computer to read the hard drive, but was worth it.

The drive works great, it was very easy to install. Unfortunately my case did not have a bay for it given that it is an older atx case but I manage to found mount points and have had no issues.

The Evo Sirius has been one of my favorites. Great for basic high speed everyday use. I use them in my own machines. The software that you can download from Samsung website makes migration to an SSD and Drive monitoring easy.

I bought this for my PS4 and now that I no longer have the PS4 it is in my old Macbook pro. Both systems saw significant performance boost. It is definitely worth making the upgrade.

I'm a professional digital imaging specialist so I need an incredible computer at home to handle my work. I've been running my Mac Mini hard since I got it new in late 2014. I ordered mine with a 1tb HDD which was working great until I upgraded to Catalina. I also recently dropped new Adobe cc programs like photoshop 2020 and Microsoft office suite onto my computer. I finally started having issues. My Adobe software was running like a snail until I dropped this SSD into my Mac Mini. Man it's flying now! It's running like the day I bought. Incredible & read write speeds! Definitely get one of these if you need a performance boost in your computer. It's made a world of difference to me. Deadlines are real and we have to meet them! Every second counts.

Bought it for computer storage and it seems to be doing it’s job great so far. Went from a hard disc drive to this and the change in speed in any and every task is just immeasurable.
