Put this in my main computer to replace the old platter drive, It starts up very fast and is quick to change apps. I purchased based on my research on multiple websites regarding SSD drives and EVO stands out on almost every one.

As with all my Samsung products, a great buy! I like the speed this drive added for my write, as well as read time for data storage and retrieval at work. Time-is-Money at work, and this was a great addition to helping with that!

I use a nvme for my os and put my games on here. All my games load faster and I get into multiplayer games quicker than my friends. I’m gaming within a minute or 2 of turning my computer on.

It was a nice upgrade, I haven't have any issue with it so far so I'm very pleased with that. I definitely recommend solid state drive over regular drive.

I was just about to buy a whole new MacBook cause my 2012 MacBook Pro was going so slow. After I bought this ssd my MacBook run like it’s new now everything loads up super fast. This ssd saved me a lot of money

Fantastic Drive Easy to use Migration Software Originally bought a 500gb to migrate OS to but it was easier to buy a larger drive to migrate everything to use my old HDD as a storage drive. Great Product.

Bought it to upgrade my Lenovo Flex and it is my best decision ever in computer upgrading. Everything now opens up much faster and more tasks can be simultaneously carried out. I’m satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it.

It's a Samsung HDD so what do you expect. Never had one of these fail on me. Out all that I have bought the only issue was a single DOA out of the box. I just returned to the store and it figures that it was the last one..

This device replaced the old 2010 1TB SATA HDD in iMac 27in. There are many online videos to take you through the process if you are handy. This is a great device for replacing old HDD on both Macs & PCs.

Never had a problem with a Samsung SSD. Reliability is the most important criteria for any drive. Samsun isn't the least expensive, but the only brand that has never died on me.

This SSD is older, but still an excellent choice for a fast and reliable consumer drive. If you value capacity and quality over speed, this is a good choice, especially when you see it on sale.

I was ready to throw out my HP computer because it was so slow. The Geek Squad sold and installed this new SSD in my three you old laptop and it is as fast as I want it to be. And much cheaper than a new computer.

Fantastic storage device. Really fast and efficient. Never again will you wait 30 minutes or longer to download games, render videos, etc. If you don't have one you are missing out

I got this on sale at Best Buy and I would have bought it anyway. I have used Samsung SSDs for years and I have never had an issue. This is well worth the money and simple to set up.

Cloning software is perfect, don't even bother with Acronis ( returned their SSD). Boot up time after the upgrade - 8 seconds (a minute and 45 seconds before), shut down is instant. Samsung is the best.

This is the second SSD I've installed to replace a HDD. It's easy to do and the resulting install has worked flawlessly. One caveat - use the AOMEI clone software instead of the downloadable Samsung cloning program.

Ordered on line. Was delivered to the store very quickly and then installed by the GEEK Squad. Very fast and quiet. If I ever buy another drive it will be this one or one like it
