I was having several issues with my HP laptop and the Geek Squad guys said that if I went to this solid state drive it might help. It definitely did. It is making using things like Adobe Cloud much quicker.

I'm buying a Ps5, so I figured I would upgrade my X box one x. Wow what a hard drive. My loading and updates are blazing fast. Very happy.

Helped speed up my xbox and was easy to use. Just had to get an external case for it. Was a little pricey.

Its simple, its fast, its quality. If you want a no fuss SSD, can't go wrong with this. Never used any other SSD brand but Samsung and never had problems with any of them.

Excellent drive, upgraded from 500gb for extra space and used 500gb for game installation only. This drive should max out between 500 to 600 read speed. I use crystal disk and have an msi x570 motherboard. When I run the test I get 4776 read and 4772 write every time I run the test. Not sure how this is possible but when I run test on 8 other drive the numbers are the same as 500 read or on hdd its 100 to 120 read. I am unsure about this test but this is normal software to test drive speed. Whether those speeds are true which are only possible with m.2 pci 4. This drive is great. I only use Samsung ssd for last 4 years and never a failure or data corruption

My laptop disk drive failed, and I chose this solid state drive to replace it. Not the cheapest alternative available, but a reasonably priced choice for dependable, fast performance. I am very pleased with this drive.

SAMSUNG EVOs have been my "go to" SSD for nearly a decade. I have installed six of them and none have failed; I only replace them (with the help of ACRONIS) when I need more storage.

Incredible storage size, amazing price, insane transfer and startup speeds when using it with windows. I'd recommend this hands down, great brand and great product and a really great price!

Ps4 pro had drive went out and researched online for a replacement. Was not disappointed. Superb device addition. Noticeable decrease in loading times. Incredibly easy to install.

Extremely satisfied with this Samsung SSD. Even though it was being installed in an older Dell PC, it functions flawlessly and dramatically improved performance!

Pricing for SSDs in the 1-2TB range is finally reasonable. My only magnetic drives left are for long-term storage of 4-8TB of backups, and I expect to replace those with SSDs in a few more years.

Excellent drive, as exspected from samsung. With theyre app, i was able to get 3100mb read, and 2100mb write speeds! Says it runs at 500+ on package. Exspect much faster!

I had the old fashioned internal hard drive an was super slow to start up and load web pages. This is worth the money an makes your laptop run way smoother. I suggest getting ssd vs the old way!

The 1TB Samsung 860 EVO SATA solid state drive has been installed on my MacBook for the past couple of weeks and it works great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good hard drive!

Samsung Evo never disappoints me. I was running out of my 500 GB Evo. Bestbuy came at the right time with a sale for 1GB Evo and I snatched it right away. Best drive and fast access.

Bought this SSD to replace the mechanical magnetic HD in my brothers laptop. Performance improvement was night and day. Boot time before 10 minutes. Boot time after 10 seconds.

Good storage and overall great ssd. Enough to store all your games and documents in the ssd.

I Brought this SSD for my PS4 PRO and my load times are faster and the home screen is very zippy now I did my research as I do with anything I spend over fifty dollars on and it has a lot of positive reviews and please ignore any reviews that are PC related about this SSD because your PS4 or PS4 PRO are not going to push this drive like a PC would but on the other hand I've heard it's really good for anyone with a simple starter PC so to each it's own but all in all it's a great drive for a excellent price with a trusted name like Samsung to back it.

The Samsung line are generally regarded as the fastest performing solid state drives on the market. Of course other brands make their claims as well. Regardless, it is rare that users would be able to truly tell a difference in most day-to-day usage, especially on older computers that are often getting solid state drives upgrades to replace hard drives. I’ve purchased hundreds of solid state drives for clients over the years, including Samsung drives. They work great but are generally priced above other similar brands. So if you are reading this review, I recommend buying Samsung drives when you can get them on sale. Otherwise, the premium pricing is a questionable value.

The SSD 860 EVO delivers most of the benefits of Samsung's SSD 860 Pro drive, including class-leading endurance and very good overall performance, at a much lower price. Love it !!!
