Bought this on sale for $99.99 as secondary storage. Loads games quickly, cannot notice much difference from my 970 Evo speeds. Great ssd for primary or secondary usage.

Got a Dell x8700 - about 6 years old, being slow and not reacting. Swapped the boot drive. It was super easy to install the software and clone the hard driver. Now it's working great. Fast.

I bought this HDD to supplement my HDD space needs for the computer I was building and it should hold quite enough for my needs. Samsung has pretty good quality standards so I'm pleased with my purchase.

I actually used this for a Mac Mini. The one downside is that their firmware updating and diagnostic software is PC only. Otherwise, this is one fast SSD, more than able to handle anything I can throw at it.

Excellent drive at excellent price. Used the buy online and pick up local. Ended up having clerk cancel online order bc it was gonna take to long. Easier for me to just go grab it off the shelf and buy it.

Originally bought it to replace my 240GB Crucial MX500 but moved it to replace the hard drive inside my laptop and it makes everything on the laptop load so much faster.

This is my 3rd one. Updated my parents aging 15 year old dell xps HDD. Runs like a new computer. Be sure to download the Data migration tool off Samsung’s website for easy set up.

My son told me it was easy to set up and he clearly picked up 20+ channels in the Gainesville area. When we hooked it up at my house in Tampa we got 50+ channels. Not even sure what the heck they are since there are only about 6 local channels. Anyhow...good price good purchase. Only negative is to get the most channels requires you put it as high as possible and it can't go outside. Cord has limitations so that can be a bit of a trick.

Always have loved Samsung ssds. Replaced my actual hard disk from my 3 years old laptop. My laptop boots lightning fast now. Writing and reading speeds are incredible.

Got a great price on this! SSD's make you computer boot up and shut down in a fraction of the time of a traditional disk drive. The quality of the Samsung name is reflected in this drive.

The Samsung 860 EVO 1tb drive works as Samsung specs say. A great drive for sata 3 storage or as system drive. Samsung's data migration program never fails between two Samsung drives. Great product.

I needed an additional drive to trouble shoot an upgrade issue. The EVO drive gives me good performance at a decent price and enough reliability to use it in the future for something important.

There not much to say really, is simply one of the best ssd's available in the market and if you are bale to get on sale do not hesitate to get it it will make things easier and faster.

Very fast,sped up my computer just by changing the hard drive. But, by downloading the Magician software from Samsung and tweaking the drive it performs much better.
