Great SATA III storage solution. I put it in my Omen 15 laptop. Zero issues. Great option for storing documents, presentations, files etc.

So far so good. Just make sure you pick up a mounting bracket if you plan on switching out your hard drives as these wont fit without one. Drive is fast and quiet

Probably better price with different brands. But samsung sells quality ssd's. Higher price, but worth it when all of your files are on it. No issues as of yet.

Popped this into a dell laptop with a failing old school drive. Samsung's software copied everything over and was up and running easily. Drive is super fast!

Perfect replacement for my plex server! Thru-put seems pretty good on this older machine, may not cut it for serious gamers, but works fantastic for my purposes.

this is my second Samsung SSD. First purchased for my gaming pc and now for my PS4 Pro. Amazing results on my PS4, loading time are twice fast compared to the regular hard drive.

This drive is very fast and with the Samsung Data Migration Software it is really good for backing up your your Hard-drive The good thing is that the backup is very quick.

Fast and does what it's suppose to. There isn't much to it- high quality, great SSD. The only way to possibly improve it is sell it at lower prices... lol.

Yes, Samsungs are a little more expensive, even when you catch a sale, but we have several of these 860's, a few 850's and a couple of 970 NVMe's... All great drives. Fast!

Excellent built and performance boost capability. I am getting 450 ~ 475 MBPS Read/Write speed. which is 100 times better than my earlier traditional hard disk drive.

This item make my MacBook Pro 2012 mid runs fantastic, almost a no waiting time to use my laptop. I replace the memory ram to 16gb. All like new in 2021.

I changed my old laptop SATA hard disk to the Samsung Evo SSD and the difference in performance was remarkable. Disk was in stock and got it from curb side pick up.

If you’re buying parts to build a pc and are thinking about this ssd I’ll leave you with two points. The first being is that 1TB of storage is not a much as it seems. Do your future self a favor and get at least 2TB. And the second is that just because it has “Samsung” smacked on the sticker doesn't make it any better than any other ssds. Just buy a WD and save yourself the money.

Easy to install and works great. Not sure about durability but just make sure that your critical data is backed up. At $99 this drive is an excellent deal.

I build and repair computers and I will only go with Samsung SSD’s. They may cost a bit more but totally worth the money. I have used several other brands and Samsung by far It is the best.

Stupid fast! If you don't have the option for M.2 or NVME, this is definitely an option to consider. Boot up times went from 103 seconds down to under 7 seconds.
