It's a hard drive, yup. Purchased it to replace a 500 gig samsung 870 EVO SSD thar died after 2.5 years. That hard drive is now at samsung getting repaired. Samsung service needs reminder calls to get anything done. My hard drive has been there 2 weeks, and I will call AGAIN on my next day off.

So this was faily easy to install. and it lasted without issues for almost 3 years...
until it randomly crapped out.
The pc keeps trying to repair it, but the device manager says " device is working properly"
It's not.
it wont register as being connected anywhere except the device manager, and is functionaly useless
