Very simple to install, havent had any issues so far yet. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to upgrade their sata hard drove and switch it over to an ssd.

Ultra fast hard drive. If you have an "old school" platter type hard drive then do yourself a favor and replace it with this one. Your PC will boot up much faster (instantly) and the chances of having a hard drive failure is reduced significantly as ther are no moving parts with this.

The Read/Write speed is fantastic. I have not had any issues with it at all since I've purchased it, and I will probably purchase another one here soon. This is practically the fastest and most reliable SSD I've ever used.

The Samsung software makes it easy to swap out a hard drive for a SSD. Performance is quite snappy, bootup times (for Windows) are about 5 times faster. All load times are improved dramatically. Warranty is the best in the business.

I bought one over a year ago and think I just got a bad one, but was able to return it and swap it out for a new one. Took about 10 minutes to install and clean up my cords again and works like a charm :^)

I bought the EVO drive about two weeks ago. It is wonderful to not be worried about running out of space. It is fast. retrieving even large (gigbit) files quickly.

Was on sale originally for $59.99, picked up one. Then best buy pulled an Amazon and further reduced the sale to $49.99. That's when i picked up two more. Two are chilling in the box waiting for the 1st one to fill. My motherboard allows for 8 sata connections so I'm good. By the way, if you have that many connection on you mobo, buy two at 49.99 saves you $20 off the price of the 2tb version. Good investment if you ask me. Computer files are getting and are already becoming huge, so this makes sense! Drives work well, assuming the unopened ones will too. Samsung is quality all the way. My first SSD, the 840EVO is still humming along at 250gb and many years old by now. Works just as good as day one.

I use this drive to store all of my music for fl studio, it has yet to fail on me. And really helps with not clogging up my internal SSD.

External hard drives are awesome. I hear great and I’m in great news with this external hard drive especially if you are a gamer things Low super fast back-and-forth matching SSD with SSD meaning your PS five uses a SSD and you want to have a compatible SSD when moving games and other information back-and-forth. Is more superior than buying a HDD which may have more storage, but the speeds will sacrifice when moving from HDD to SSDSSD will move fast to H DD But it’s best to have an SSD with SSD

Installed SSD in a 2 Disk NAS as Drive 1 of 2. No problems. Performance is very good - the other drive being a HDD for misc. and some backups. SSD seems solid and well-constructed compared to other SSD's I have used.

I needed something fairly fast and high capacity for recording off of a security camera. This fit the bill. I usually use M.2 based SSDs, but I was using an older compact PC that didn't have an M.2 slot and this SSD had fairly high marks for reliability among SATA drives.
