My granddaughter has a laptop computer that was running slow for her. She needed the Samsung Solid State Drive to improve the quality of her laptop and YES - The Samsung Solid State Drive did a great job in taking care of my granddaughters computer.

Excellent performance from this SATA SSD. Used to swap out the traditional hard drive in my Xbox One X. Not sure how it would compare to other branded drives with similar specs. I have used Samsung drives for several years with good results.

This 1 TB Samsung SSD drive is fast to start and has great R/W performance. Easy install with no issues. Would reccomend it to anyone needing an upgrade to todays technology. Best buy had it on sale for $80, and it was a no brainer.

Love these drives, I have an older HP Envy laptop that was showing it's age, popped one of these drives in and Wow what a difference. I have done this to some other i7 and i5 laptops, installed Window 10 and saved money by not replacing the laptops.

Fastest sata SSD you can buy. Sata is limited it pushes it to its limit. Games run pretty fast on it as of now. And if your MOBO only has one NVME Slot like mine then it is perfect. Kick Mechanical HDD’s to the curb because they slow your system down.

An amazing improvement to my older machine It is now running faster and cooler than it ever did before. This isn't the highest possible model for the read/write speeds but it certainly is an improvement over the old HDD that had failed on me.

Geek Squad did a great job replacing the original HD that I couldn't update due to small size. was able to update to Windows 10 from Windows 8

So far, it has been working very well. My computer feels brand new and it is very responsive. Startup time is literally seconds instead of minutes.

Computer was running slow and the Geek Squad team diagnosed the problem as a bad Hard drive. They replaced the hard drive booted it up and everything was fine. Thanks Geeks!

Coming from a non solid state drive the performance is amazing. Went from a 5 minute bootup to about 30 seconds. This was installed in a 5 year old HP laptop, Performing any windows task is so much better now.

My old pc needed more storage than she had come with. This was small and easy to install. It being so thin really helped to find a space for it.

My brother had recommended this product to me since he fixes laptops. I would say that my 2013 HP Envy M6-K025dx has returned to life. The boot is so fast right now and I don’t hear the fan anymore. The applications are running smoothly and no issues.

I transferred Windows 10 from my hard drive to the Samsung SSD drive and I installed it on my computer and now the computer works better and faster than it did before.

these samsung drives are fantastic. i always use the samsung magician software to clone old drives to these.

Great SSD! All of my ssd's are Samsung, and everything has been amazing. Samsung even has their own app for PC where u can monitor the temps, and run read/write tests on the ssd. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality ssd
