Excellent Product for An Easy Upgrade

Upgrade went very smoothly thanks to the Samsung Magician Application. No issues so far with the product and the laptop no powers up in under 2 minutes compared to 15 minutes with HDD. Very pleased with the purchase.

Unbelievably easy to do the swap

It is unbelievably faster than than the HDD that came with my computer. Super easy to clone the HDD to the SSD with Samgsung's software. It's done by plugging the SSD into the USB port on the computer, you need a SATA to USB cable for this. I got one for under $8. When done, unplug the SSD, open your computer, unplug the HDD, then plug in the SSD. I just laid the SSD on top of my old HDD as there was no storage tray for it, no big deal.

I am not a computer guy but I installed it with the instructions and looking at the connectors. The actual use of it even after downloading the installer was a bit harder. But after a quick google search and following the instructions there it works great and now i have all the space i need and excess.

Samsung - 870 EVO 1TB Internal SSD SATA

I replaced a 1tb Sata drive in a Dell Optiplex AIO 7470. Needed to do that, because I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. Windows 11 does not work well with Sata drives, It prefers SSD drives

Trememouse attitude and efforts. My upgraded system is lightening fast. Everything is is working well. Im happy withe results . The computer was a gift for an underpriveledged teen just aged out of the adopttion system. She is so happy to have the computer with suoer fast hard drive.

I wanted something simple and easy to install, but with fast speed and more importantly, high quality and affordable. Samsung did check all the boxes for me and with the BestBuy discount, I am really happy with my purchase
