Great choice

This dryer has been the best fit for my families needs and has lots of bells and whistles that I'm still learning to use. After all of the customer service issues I had and installation faux pas', Best Buy resolved my issues and issued a gift card for my inconveniences. All in all great buy and ultimately positive experience.

Horrible Dryer, Horrible Samsung Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible dryer! We bought this "top of the line" dryer in April 2014. Six weeks out of warranty and it stopped working. It runs for 5 seconds then stops. We called Samsung and they sent out a factory authorized technician, and talked us into buying an extended warranty First, the "authorized" technician said the problem was the motor. Then they sent the same tech out a 2nd time to "confirm" that the problem was indeed the motor. On the 3rd visit a different tech decided it wasn't the motor and it was the control board. On the 4th visit he replaced the control board. Guess what! It's still not working! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an appliance. The customer service at Samsung, the extended warranty company and the subcontractor has been a nightmare. I have been without my "top of the line" dryer for almost 2 months. As a side note, I also bought the Samsung washer and although it isn’t "officially" broken, my 15 year old Kenmore cleaned much better. I will never, ever buy another Samsung product.
