Works with PS5

Also after a firmware update using Samsung Software, speed gets close to 7GB/s on PS5. You do have to get an aftermarket heatsink but they're really cheap.

Very Easy to Use

Excellent drive, however a bit pricey

Reads and writes are as advertised and sometimes better, and it is perfect for me as I use it for video editing. However, the price is a bit steep at $220 for 1TB, as you can get a somewhat equivalent Sabrent 1Tb gen 4 drive for around $160. It may be more worth it if it goes on sale in the future.

Good hard drive upgrade

The process of cloning the current drive was fairly quick. But you do need an external enclosure that can connect via usb c. Make sure to pick up a good enclosure from a reliable place.

When using these in Raid-0 it is suggested to update the device firmware before creating the Raid configuration due to the challenges of updating firmware once the Raid configuration has been created.

I have it linked to an external enclosure thunderbolt by CDW and until there's something faster in it's price range, I'm going with these for my external SSDs
