Works wonderful with speeds between 6000 and 7000 on an Acer Nitro 11th Gen laptop with a 4th Gen PCI bus, I do not recommend using Samsung Magician software. I use CrystalDiskInfo with Auto refresh disabled. Tested speed using CrystalDiskMark.

It's super fast and Samsung's software makes it easy to monitor the NVMe ssd and move things to it from other Samsung drives. Samsung's software also recognizes WD drives but it did not recognize the Adata ssd I have. Great product, especially if you can catch it on sale!

This was super easy to install on Aurora R13 system. Like the Samsung Magic Drive software available to download FREE. Just visit samsung support for the drive. Also youtube installation video to partition drive.

About one of the best nvme 4 drives on the market, getting better than advertised speeds on intel 11th gen. Samsung drives are some of the best, and this ssd is no exception. Probably overkill in most scenarios, but if you have the money you wont regret it.

Rebuilt an existing desktop computer with almost all new components. Threw a pair of these on the MOBO. Talk about an upgeade!

It's been just over two years and still works great.

Super fast. Just make sure your m.2 slot is PCIE 4.0 enabled to get the most benefit. The WD SN850 is faster for short bursts of write/reading but the 980 PRO is better for sustained reading/writing because it has MUCH better thermal properties. It won't thermal throttle.

Great SSD for PS5, easy to install and setup. Greatly recommend. It does need a heatsink though, but they are around 10 dollars on Amazon.

so quick! transfers date in a snap, and comes with the quality you can expect with a samsung drive. theres a reason why samsung is the leader in ssd storage. their software like the genie is awesome and their support is helpful. very satisfied with my purchase.

Gen 4 is worth upgrading to. The speed difference between gen 3 and 4 is quite amazing. I would highly recommend getting this if you can find it on sale. It is quite expensive but i was able to get it for around 90$
