This drive really sped up my computer. If it wasn't for the 3 second delay I have set up in my UEFI, it would come on almost instantaneously.

Recommend getting if you're building a new gaming setup. Everything is smoother and faster, recommend getting an additional SSD with this if you need more space.

If you are using PCIe Gen 4.0 it is an awesome drive. It's excellent all around. I've used dozens of different SSDs in a variety of configurations including RAID/RAIN. This drive is unbelievably responsive and blisteringly fast in sequential read and writes. Random read/write also stellar and best-in-class. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of the EVO name as there should still be a distinction between EVO and PRO tiers, but this drive is worth the money if you have a use for it. Excellent OS drive for responsiveness and boot times. Extreme excess for games. Extreme excess for anything "normal" but if you edit, or demand the best, it's a masterpiece of NAND.

Picked this up to go along with my R7 3800XT for the Pci Express 4.0 and moved back to Intel, so not a whole lot of extra speed because of Pci express 3.0 but all in all it's been a good Drive

I would have used this for more PC or my PS5, but I had to return it to get the WD 1TB that Mark Scerney swears by, but reviewers are saying this one is even better than the WD!

Good and fast. Paid the extra for the Samsung quality and as fast of memory as i could find. Best Buy had competitive pricing on it too.

This product allowed me to stop saying to my friends "sorry man I don't have that game" to "bro upgrade your storage so we can play". 10/10 would recommend "PCIE4" NVMEs
