If you're on the fence about it, then there are gen 3 alternatives for a cost-effective alternative. That being said, the load speed differences are night and day from what I was previously using!

I also purchased a compatible heatsink from Amazon to go along with it and the heatsink is a "MUST". Works really well and amazing transfer speed when moving games from main console storage to this expanded memory.

Boot times are blazing compared to any ssd or mechanical. Games load super quick wish high capacity wasn’t so expensive cause I would love a NAS with these drives
