    Really fast (as expected); easy to install and I am very happy with it. I am using it with an external case and find the transfer speeds much quicker than standard external drive,s so I don't "downgrade" my laptop performance for more space.

    This works excellent as expanded storage for an M4 Mac Mini. Get a Thunderbolt 4 hub with NVME and additional ports to use this in and you will have a solid upgrade without paying the Apple tax.

    Way better than the smaller WD drive it replaced. The Samsung Magician software made the transition a breeze. If your board only has one M.2 slot, youll need to buy a usb to M.2 adapter to interface with your PC for the Magician software to copy the drive. In my case, I let Samsung Magician copy the drive, powered down the PC, opened the case, swapped the drive, closed the case, booted right back up like nothing happened.

    I ended up watching a tutorial on Youtube bc the instructions weren't detailed. I was able to install this with ease. My PC recognized it right away. I highly suggest!

    I’m using the 2 tb Samsung 990 Evo Plus as external storage for my Mac mini. I’m using an enclosure only capable of 10 Gbps but works fine and still plenty fast.
