    Using as a drive to move files from other volumes. Speeds meet spec, but is nothing to write home about. Still would buy another as they have been the best long term consumer drive.

    When i realized this didnt have onboard cache, I decidee to give it a shot as an OS drive. It performs well for the purpose. I would still recommend a 980 pro, or 990 pro. Still, for a decent price, you get fairly decent performance and a good amount of capacity.
