    I've been using this as additional storage for my new PS5 Pro I recently got. I was actually waiting on setting it up until I got the drive so I could transfer everything over. It took all of maybe a minute to open it up and get the drive screwed into place since it's so much easier to access now. Once it was installed and I fired up the Pro, it went through it's initial process and took me to the Format m.2 Storage step. It did a quick test of the drive after doing so and came back with just under 6100MB/s. Not bad at all, but it is a little bit slower than what it's rated for. It's still more than fast enough to be used for the PS5. Loading times are undiscernible between loading from the PS5 Pro drive and the Samsung. I will say it was as fast or faster than the 990 Pro that was in my base Launch PS5 but that could just be due to the internal changed for the PS5 Pro. So far it's not disappointed. It's alleviated my concerns for not having enough space available for more games down the road, especially with them getting larger and larger. If you need some additional storage, be that to use in a PS5 or in a PC, this is a very good option for a good price.

    Saw the deal on amazon and was going to ordered it. Then checked my local Best Buy store and was the same price and available for pickup so just purchased local. It's Samsung it just works well.

    It was easy to install and easy to manage in my new pc. It also uploads to the drive as fast as my internet allows it to. Definitely recommend.
