Originally looking for the WD Black and sold out everywhere. Went for the Samsung 990 w/ Heatsink SSD and it works PERFECTLY! Viewed many reviews on PS5 Internal SSD’s and this one was rated high. I recommend this one.

Best SSD for PS5! Easy to install and holds a lot of games!

I purchased this for my son's PS5 to add some internal memory. Very easy to install and provided the space that was needed to allow the PS5 to function better and not have to erase games or content.

I got this on sale, but man is it quick! I love how slick it is with the heatsink, and it fits perfectly in my PS5. I didn't need another drive because I already have one in there, but for the price and the extra TB, this was too good to pass up.

Great performance and the install was pretty straight forward for my Ps5. I moved all of my games installed on my ps5 and it was about 1tb and it took less than 4 mins, games run with no problems at all.

What can I say it’s one of the fastest drive available. The only issue is the firmware is kinda wonky. As in the light on the heat sink won’t do what it’s supposed to but other than that. The read and write speeds are insane!

This works great in my PS5 Slim. No lag games run just as good as my OEM 1TB memory stick. I’d definitely recommend it.

Simple installation and a ton of storage. This will get me through a few years. Instructions don't tell you how to install on PS5, but it's easy to find a how-to online elsewhere. Have a tiny screwdriver handy.
