I wouldn’t pay $300 for this but for 120 we cannot go wrong very easy to install comes with remote and batteries also..

If you are looking for exceptional surround sound, I would look elsewhere.

Only thing I don’t like is it automatically turns on when turning on the tv. Would be better if you could set it not to turn on automatically as to not disturb people sleeping because of the loudness.

We appreciate you taking a moment to review the HW-A445 Soundbar.
To change Auto Power Link, follow the steps below:
1) Connect your soundbar to your TV with an optical cable.
2) Set the soundbar to D.IN mode by pressing Source on the remote or soundbar.
3) Press and hold the left direction on the direction pad on the remote for more than 5 seconds or until Auto Power Link appears on the soundbar display to activate or deactivate Auto Power Link.

Got this for my bedroom TV because the volume of the people talking would be so soft and everything else is so loud. We'd have the TV volume up to like 60 or 70. Surround sound is awesome, feels like I'm in the movie theatres. IT"S SO GREAT I definitely recommend.
