This is our second attempt to buy this model. The first one was apparently dangerous on a fast spin whereas this version has all the kinks worked out. The handy thing for us is the built-in wash basin. Playing a tune from Zelda when the cycle finishes after an equally handy countdown is an added bonus.

The best buy delivery guys did a nice job, and exactly as promised and expected. The washer is great, way better than the GE top loader it replaced. Easy to figure out, with just a passing read of the book to be sure I had it leveled properly, etc. Quiet operation and does a great job with the clothes so far.

Though the recall came out shortly after we had this washer installed, we have had no issues with ours. We will follow the recall instructions,in case, but right now we couldn't be more satisfied.

Returned with no problem because this washer was recalled. Otherwise ot washed my clothes well. Only drawback was that it was too deep and difficult to reach into the bottom.

Has many features and so far performs to our expectations.

We are happy with the new washer and dryer from Samsung. The large washer tub makes it easier to do the bed clothing. The installation team that brought the equipment to the house did a great job. They installed everything completely and gave us an instruction session to get us started.

Washer in garage and no sink available to rinse stains.

Had front loaders for past 12 years and will never regret going back to top loaders! This newer model allows more room to pour detergent in the tray if you get the one with the scrub basin upgrade. Older version made it very difficult to access the detergent tray if you had this feature.

after reading reviews from the site and going on YouTube to see more reviews i felt convinced to buy the samsung active wash.i have a problem with the technology behind the wash.for medium, large loads and bedding. the top clothes dont get to the bottom.it washes small loads great.aside from this its working as expected.

Great product at a great price! I have been doing a lot of research and feel like the top load washer has all the technology I'm looking for without the additional cost of the more popular front load washers. Had for two weeks now with no problems and nice clean clothes!

The washer is very nice. It's a little bit complicated to use at first but once you play around with it it's pretty easy. It is however very tall and I am 5'6". Reaching in to the bottom of the tub to get your clothes out can be a little but difficult. I haven't tried all of the features yet but am looking forward to it.

first unit received did not function, complete lemon. Contacted best buy to exchange it after a week of it not functioning. Bad washer was removed and second unit was installed and has worked perfectly since

We looked at top loaders to replace our front load Samsung. After looking at online reviews, we went into our local Best Buy store. We received great service and all of our questions answered. Ordered and had delivered and set up. everything was very smooth. Love the washer.

This is the best washer I've ever had, it gets everything really clean. I'm 5'1"and it's a bit of a reach to get the clothes out. And you have to spin it or never get the clothes out of the back side. A step stair helps. But it's worth the reach for this machine.

So far so good with this humongous washer. It has a variety of settings. Cleans well. The sink in the lid is a really nice feature. Easy to use. It is quite deep so even as tall as I am (5' 8") I have to stretch to get the last couple of items from the wash tub.

I didn't know how I was gonna like the sink but I love it. It's great for stains and rinsing the detergent cup out. The washer does a great job and you don't have the mildew smell like front loaders do.

This washer is one of the coolest I've seen. I like that there's no S/M/L load option the washer takes care of it for you, and the settings are great. The active wash is a nice feature for small stains.

Nice looking machine. Replaces a recall one. We upgraded slightly as ours was only 6 months old. The extra cycles and options are nice. However, the lid with activwash is a pain to use. Adds weight, not an auto drop into machine.
