This product is almost perfect. It's chic, stylish and most importantly effective. My only concern is that it makes it difficult for vertically challenged people to retrieve items from the tub. Outside of that, I would highly recommend this product to anybody over five foot one inches.

I absolutely loved my new washing machine. However, two months after my purchase, it was recalled by Samsung. They did, however, offer to reimburse me for a new one. The only problem is I have to purchase said new one and they will give me a rebate. Before all of this, though, I loved it!

Got the matching front loading dryer. They are truly the quietest machines. To all new homeowners GET THEM! I went from the Whirlpool front loaders and prefer this set up better. Samsung really outdid themselves. By far my favorite washer ever.

Overall a great washer with many options and features. Decided to give it a four star because on the occasional big load the washer will not finish on it's own without you manually redistributing the clothes to make it more balanced in order to finish the spin cycle successfully.

I did a lot of reasearch before selecting this washer. I read lots of reviews and visited several stores to physically see the different washers. This washer had great reviews and I got an awesome deal. I'm very happy with my purchase !

This washer is great. The digital display options are more than you'll ever need. Plenty of settings and features that make It well worth the money. The black stainless look is sharp too, adding to its' appeal. highly recommended.

We had this washing machine for about 25 days until the recall. During that time we loved it! But, based on the recall we had to exchange it out. I would recommend to a friend if the issue is fixed on future models from Samsung.

Great washer and there isnt much more to say. It does what i need it to do and does it quick. Is huge so i can wash multiple bulk items including king size bedding etc etc. it doesn't hurt that it looks pretty sleek as well.

This washer didn`t wash clothes very well, I would get the clothes out at the end of a cycle half dirty. Also, issues with spinning, I had to re-arrange items in the washer multiple times to finish a spin cycle.

switching out a recalled samsung washer, Best buy service was great. They helped me understand all paperwork I needed to submit to samsung and was able to help switch my extended warranty from the old washer to the new

Nice look in', Clothes can't be packed in this one. I've never done it- (A large load). Works great with a medium load and make sure you can almost see the center bottom- with clothes around the sides. I like mine.

Had to buy another washer to replace the one that was recalled -- the one that was recalled worked fine --- went with another Samsung because we had no problems with the model we were using. The active wash is nice.

This washing machine makes doing laundry a cinch. I love all the choices for different loads of laundry. Clothes really come out clean and don't smell like they used to in my front load washing machine. :)

We love our Samsung washing machine. It has inspired us to get the matching dryer to go with it. The cleanliness of the clothes after one full cycle is great. I would definitely recommend this to someone else

Really liking this washer that replaced my recalled Samsung. It's not quite as big, so not as deep as the other. That means I can reach the bottom! I like the sleek design and the sink is much improved.

This washer is great. The downside is that if the activewash is down and you have a shelf then you cannot keep the lid open to take out the clothes to the dryer. The activewash is not worth it. You'd be suprised how much it doesn't matter

Love this washer and the quick wash option. I also like the sound notification with Samsung appliances to tell you when cycle is finished. The wash basin is also a great feature especially with a baby.

So far the washer is doing well. It is quite large on the inside to the point of I can barely reach the bottom. The spin cycle takes moist of the water out of the items that the drying time is reduced.

wow I love my new washer. it has many programs to choice from by type of fabric. the hand wash sink is super convenient as I do not have a sink in the laundry so this was a perfect solution for me!

Does not put enough water in load to cover clothes. Does not remove all water during spin cycle. Cats can change or stop settings while running if they walk on flat control panel.
