I really like the design of the dryer and it is easy to use.

A replacement for one that was recalled Works great and has nice features

its temperamental and it must have clothes balanced in the wash for it to work or it yells at you and stops. You cant over stuff or that also won't get it to start. The booklet says up to 6 lbs. Whatever that is. It also takes a long time to wash. I had the old school washer and washed clothes in about 25 mins. The washer for "normal" takes about and hour. Other than that its good.

I can wash all of my bedding together and its clean

I bought this thinking it would be more environmentally friendly. I believe it is but it's a bit difficult to understand how it works. I've read the manual and tried to use the cool settings (the reason I bought the washer) but it's been a bit confusing. Overall, everything seems to work well and my clothes are clean. All the beeping... too much. It beeps for everything!

Product is good, the people that delivered after 2 days of the scheduled delivery date were polite, but the customer service associates who answers calls for delivery date and time were so rude. My actual delivery date was 12-6-16 between the time of 4-8PM they did not show up nor made a call that they are not coming. On top of that, when I called customer service she had the nerve to give me an attitude saying. " we don't have delivery on Dec 7th". Next one is on Dec 8th. do you want that date or have it rescheduled?!" It was so inappropriate. If the conversation was on record , management can always review and play the conversation we had. She did not give her clear name but I would prefer at least an apology for the inconvenience of waiting for the product that we bought with the scheduled date and nobody called to say they are coming or not. If it was a third party carrier, they should improve their people skills on the phone. It will not only destroy best buy image of on time delivery, it will also pull your customer satisfaction.

I put clothes in, a little detergent, and press a couple of buttons. An hour later, wet but clean clothes come out. That's what I asked for and that's what I got. Works like I expected and I'm happy about that.

I love my new washing machine, it's good and quiet

We love the sleek look of the washer and feel like it does a much better job of getting our clothes clean than our LG front loader we previously used. The front loader's are supposed to be more energy efficient but since we had to run the Self Clean cycle every week to keep the mildew away I can't see how that's true.
