Just saw the news about some Samsung washers exploding but this model isn't listed on the ones affected! Super happy about that and hoping it stays that way.

The washer looks really nice and washed clothes the way it's suppose to. I thought I would use the top tray cleaning thing more, but only have used it once.

We bought the set as replacement for a LG set. So far they have been working great. We use the machines everyday.

One of the first things I noticed about the dryer was a buzzing /grinding noise. When I start a load it lasts for about 30 min. Then the sound goes away for the remaining cycle. I called Geek Squad to come out. They will be here today actually then I can update my review. Another issue I'm having is the washing machine has an order of wet clothes right after I wash a load. I'm for sure not leaving the clothes in for a long period of time and it smells like it had been left in the washer for hours. I'll have Geek squad check that out too.

I like it alot, and it's quiet. Very smooth I have not used the sink portion seems a little cheaply made. The bottom of the washer seems like plastic.

Really gets the clothes cleaner. Love the matching dryer especially the steam features. Don't be afraid to use the steam features. Its very easy.

Samsung is top rated and we are more than satisfied with our new washer. Best Buy did an outstanding job in the delivery & setup of the machine

This is a really deep washer that can handle a large amount of clothes. My wife loves the washing basin at the top for clothes that have stains.

Beautiful and has mutliple wash functions. Active wash is very usefull

This washer is up dated, Easier to access detergent and soften tray and basin is a little higher and easier to reach down to grab clothes

Unit works great. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that it is a little noisier than I think it should be when running.

I like the Activewash feature; washer really does a good job cleaning the laundry and removing almost all of the water after the spin cycle.

Had the washer that was involved in the recall and love these so much more! Great clean look and improvements from the other model.

I like all the options it has, the different cycles it has are amazing. I like the color and so far i don't have any issues with it

Love it except still not too sure since there is no agitator in it. Seems to get off balance when I put blankets or rugs in it.

had washer and dryer combo for about 2 months now. No problems. Most important thing was to be able to wash my queen comforter and handle big loads with ease.

Very nice upgrade from the old one we had. Love the rinsing sink and the the glass top. All washers should have glass tops!

These are incredible, and Best Buy install was awesome! Nothing wrong with either machine at all, and installed in no time.

Preforms to all our expectations. The soaking tray is great when you have kids getting who knows what on their clothes.
