Customers are positive about the Activewash 5.0 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer's large capacity, quiet operation, cleaning ability, and ease of use. Many appreciate its numerous features and the ability to wash large items. However, some customers find the cycle times to be lengthy and the washer's depth inconvenient. Stay away from this washing machine!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this washing machine for 5 years now. The first one I received they had to replace it. The second one is now on the outs. The control board is going and it would cost almost as much to fix it as it did to purchase it 5 years ago. All it does is fill and rinse, wasting TONS of water. We have had to set a timer to turn it off and then set it just to spin. We've done that for a month or so and now it doesn't even wash clothes and because it doesn't actually wash clothes the detergent has sat on clothes and ruined them. Absolute piece of junk, STAY AWAY! (Also, the local repairmen won't even work on these)

This washer was a lemon from the start
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely horrible. Fragile glass, constantly unbalanced loads, looping through filling wasting hundreds of gallons, mysterious errors, and now won't move, likely a clutch issue that will cost hundreds to have properly diagnosed and fixed or taking a chance on a 150 part and long self-repair to only have a washer that is still maddeningly error-prone. Samsung said, "sorry for the inconvenience".
