Don't buy, you'll lose money....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it brand new paid $750 with installation and after 6 weeks it was recalled so I had to go to buy again and was told to pay and they'll refund for installation and if we buy again samsung we can get $150 more. So I paid again $750 with installation witch is now $1500 out of my packet for washing machine. After 2 months they sent me refund check for $610 I called to ask why just $610? This is what they told me.... Greetings, My name is Thomas, I am contacting you on behalf of Samsung in response to your claim of an incorrect rebate amount. This washer was a lemon from the start
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely horrible. Fragile glass, constantly unbalanced loads, looping through filling wasting hundreds of gallons, mysterious errors, and now won't move, likely a clutch issue that will cost hundreds to have properly diagnosed and fixed or taking a chance on a 150 part and long self-repair to only have a washer that is still maddeningly error-prone. Samsung said, "sorry for the inconvenience".
