Best Buy (BB) communicated the delivery accurately. Upon their installation and initial run, a silica type material was found in the washer and the wash tub had rust spots. Upon informing BB they scheduled delivery of a new washer no questions asked. New washer does not have the rust or silica material. Overall happy with the washer. Large capacity, so large that it can be difficult to reach the bottom.

After using a Whirlpool front loader for 10 years, the Samsung top loader was an adjustment. For the exception of my sheets being tangled together usually after every load, the quality of the wash allows us to overlook this flaw.

The machine is great. It takes my king size comforters with no problem and washes them, so no more dragging them to the laundromat ! It has all the features someone could want, actually more than what I need, but then, the size of the drum is the main concern for me. Oh, yeah, the only thing I dislike is the music it plays when the load is done...irritating...but clothes come out clean. Oh, yeah, the one thing that they could change is the soap dispenser...its at the back of the top and if you use a big container it somewhat cumbersome to pour, so get used to using the cap of the container. But the machine is really advanced in its features, and is extremely quiet.

Runs very quiet and I love all the features, especially when loading the machine. It will weigh the load and take action to redistribute the load according to the cycle that is chosen for a wash. It also keeps water usage down to a bare minimum, but without losing any cleaning power during the cycle. Very easy to use and overall, EXCELLENT!

This is one cool washer. It has a sink pre-installed. My clothes came out very clean each time I used this washer. You get what you payed for. It is unique, and I would highly recommend. Best Buy delivery was quick and called a day before. Everyone was very professional.
