    After reviewing the Samsung recall and reading/talking with the salesman at Best Buy we decided to purchase a new set. This new set has taken some time to learn how to effectively use all the features they have. Definitely a learning curve but the machines are working great.

    Wow this baby does a great job! If you are short it will be hard to reach the bottom of the insides so test this out. We love it!

    We had a washer from a competing brand that junked out a month after it's two-year warranty. At the time we fixed it, but doing so was an expensive nightmare. We heard that Samsung makes an excellent product, and so far have really enjoyed everything about this washer. My wife uses the sink to stain-treat the toddler's clothes.

    I had a 3 1/2 year old Samsung washing machine that was recalled. I was very upset because I truly loved the washer. I opted to buy a new one because I wanted to upgrade the size and I stuck with Samsung. The new washer is very quiet and the built in sink is a great option. I am very happy with my purchase and Best Buy!

    We've had the same Whirlpool Washer for 19 years and it is still working. However the capacity was on the small side and wouldn't handle a lot of our bedding. After checking out various models on CR we decided to get this SAMSUNG. So far it has been wonderful! Quiet and cleans great! The dryer is our next purchase!
